Deviation from 100 % hip range of motion (max flexion – max extension) symmetry between affected and intact sides for walking at 1 m/s (a) and 1.25 m/s (b). Significant differences (p ≤ 0.05) in symmetry magnitude are denoted by a star (improved symmetry due to using the VI Knee) or a circled star (reduced symmetry). Positive values indicate greater hip range of motion on the affected side, negative values, a smaller range of motion
