Motions. a For elbow flexion and extension, subjects flexed and extended both arms at an angle of 90 degrees as shown in the image. b For steering cycles, the subjects moved their hands as guided by the steering wheel system following the trajectory represented in the image. For both motions, a visual interface showing circles moving up and down was used to synchronize the motion of users at the desired speed (0.25 Hz)
