 You will view your results at the end of the exercise

Activate ‘help’ icon

 You want to do a 4-min workout in ‘quick start.’ As the machine starts to move you realise your hand is not secured to the moving component and you decide to call for help

Access ‘baseline assessment’

Increase target intensity
